Why we exist

Every day across New Zealand, thousands of cars, utes, vans and trailers are on the road with empty space — heading to town, picking something up, going home. And every day, other people need stuff moved. We Like 2 Move It connects the two: peer to peer, sustainable freight. A true alternative to courier companies.

How it's different

Rather than dispatching a dedicated vehicle for every parcel, we surface what needs moving to people already heading that way. Less empty running, fewer trucks on the road, and a fairer share of the value going to the person actually doing the move.

Payment is held safely until the item is delivered. If anything goes wrong, the dispute system pauses the payout until it's sorted — and a slice of every move goes to the Kea Conservation Trust.

Where we're moving

Right now we're focused on Otago and Canterbury. Posting a move anywhere in New Zealand is fine — it just needs a mover heading that way. As more movers join, the map fills in.
