Pricing

For senders

• Posting a move is free.
• Receiving bids is free.
• When you accept a bid, we add a platform fee of 10% of the bid (minimum $1, maximum $100). You see the full total before you pay.
• Payment is held safely by Stripe until you confirm delivery.

For movers

• Browsing and bidding are free.
• You keep 100% of your bid. The platform fee comes on top, paid by the sender — not deducted from your earnings.
• Payouts go to your bank via Stripe, usually within 1–2 working days of the sender confirming delivery.

What the fee covers

The platform fee pays for the marketplace itself — running the site, handling payments securely, our dispute system, customer support, and the bit that goes to the Kea Conservation Trust.

GST

New Zealand GST (15%) is included in the platform fee. A tax invoice / receipt is available on every completed move from your My Sends page.
